Moo of Writing is a process of awakening creativity that Nan Lundeen developed over her career working with the written word, using relaxation, meditation, and exercise. Get your free Moo stone!
Open to writers and poets ages thirteen and older, any genre except erotica. Based on Nan's book, MOO OF WRITING: A GUIDE FOR CREATIVE WRITERS, 2ND EDITION, recommended but not required, available at Roti Roti gift shop, on Amazon, at local libraries, or from Nan at the workshop. $12 per copy.
