Private Rentals

The Roti Roti Art Center welcomes requests for private event rentals that align with our mission of supporting creativity and community engagement. Our space offers a unique and inspiring setting for small gatherings such as meetings, workshops, artist talks, or intimate celebrations. All rentals are subject to approval and availability.

Eligibility & Use:

• Events must be appropriate for a community art center environment.
   

• The Center does not rent space for political, religious, or large private parties (e.g., large weddings, large receptions).
   

• Events must not interfere with regular programming or public hours unless approved in advance.
   

Rental Availability & Booking:

• Rentals are available outside of public gallery hours or during pre-approved windows.
   

• Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. (All reservations are subject to availability)
   

• A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure the date.
   

Fees & Payment:

• Rental fees may vary based on space used, duration, and staffing needs.
   

• A refundable security deposit is required.
   

• Full payment is due one week prior to the event.
   

Capacity & Setup:

• Capacity is limited to ensure safety and comfort; specific numbers vary by space.
   

• Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up within their reserved time.
   

• Limited tables and chairs are available upon request.
   

Policies:

• No smoking or open flames allowed on the premises.
   

• Alcohol is not permitted without prior written approval and proof of proper licensing.
   

• Renters are responsible for any damage to the facility or artwork.
   

• All decorations must be pre-approved and may not be attached to walls or artwork.
   

Staffing & Supervision:

• RRAC requires staff or volunteer presence during the rental.
   

• Children must be supervised at all times.
   

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may forfeit deposit.
   

• The Roti Roti Art Center reserves the right to cancel a rental if policies are violated.
